Online Repeat/Back, Incomplete and Re-registration examinations

(A) Procedure:
1. (a) For Final year students/terminal semester students, Repeat / Incomplete paper Examination will be conducted for both even and odd (Fall/Autumn and Spring) semesters.
(b) For Intermediate semester students, Repeat / Incomplete paper Examination will be conducted for even semesters only.
2. Last date to fill the form for Repeat / Re-registration / incomplete examination and payment of fee for the same is 10th August, 2020.
3. List of students who have applied for Repeat / Re-registration / Incomplete examination and submitted the required fee, will be sent to concern Head of the Department / Dean by 13th August, 2020. The same list will be forwarded to the concern teacher/examiner by respective Dean/ Head of the department.
4. The examination schedule for Repeat / Incomplete examination will be prepared by Concerned HoDs / Deans and will be displayed on the notice board and University website by 18th August, 2020.
5. Repeat / Incomplete examination will be conducted from 24th August, 2020.
   
NOTE : Forms are available on University website. Students can login through their P. Id.


(B) Format of Repeat / Back Examination
Module 1 Duration
(i) 50% of Question paper will be objective and can we taken through Google form. 30 minutes
(ii) 50% of Question paper will be descriptive comprising short answers and long answers both. Students will write the answer in his/her own hand writing and the scanned copy will be sent to the concern teacher. 90 minutes
   
   
Module 2 Duration
(i) 30% of Question paper will be objective and can we taken through Google form. 30 minutes
(ii) 70% of Question paper will be descriptive comprising short answers and long answers both. Students will write the answer in his/her own hand writing and the scanned copy will be sent to the concern teacher. 90 minutes
   


(C) Format of Reregistration Examination
Module - I Module - II
(i) Online Assignments – 4 (weightage - 20%) (i) Online Assignments – 4 (weightage - 20%)
(ii) Online Quizzes – 2 (weightage - 20%) ; (ii) Online Quizzes – 2 (weightage - 20%)
(iii) Online Tests – 2 (weightage - 30%) (iii) Online Tests – 4 (weightage - 60%)
(iv) Online group project (weightage - 30%) or Online proctored End Term Examination (weightage - 30%)  

Note: Deans of the Institute/Colleges / Schools and Heads of the Departments may use their autonomy for using either Module – I or Module – II and may have flexibility for distribution of weightage as per need of each course.
