| Dear Applicant, In response to your application to seek admission in Doctoral Programme 2017-18 Session - II at SHUATS, it is hereby intimated that you have been provisionally selected for the admission. There will be an interaction/Discussion with the Dean, Post Graduate Studies on issue related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)/Patents, Impact Factor (IF), High Impact Factor Journals in your specialization, Identification of Research Problems etc. (Be prepare to stay for 2-3 days more). The following points may be noted:- 1. Provisionally selected candidates for admission have to report at Office of the Dean, Post Graduate Studies on 15th February, 2018 at 10:00 AM. 2. Admitted candidates are required to deposit fee as given below- a) Ph.D. Programme Fee Rs. 45,000/- per semester b) Security Money Rs 10000/- (refundable) c) GLIC (For One Year) Rs 235/- d) Registration fees of Rs. 2,500/- at the time of Admission e) Rs. 2,500/- as Examination fees per semester will be charged in each semester. d) Total Rs. 60,235 3. In addition to above, you are required to bring the following certificates / testimonials in original alongwith the self attested photo copies of the same:- a) High School Mark Sheet & Certificate b) Intermediate Mark Sheet & Certificate c) Graduation Mark Sheet & Degree Certificate d) Post Graduation Mark Sheet & Degree Certificate e) Migration / Transfer Certificate f) Five (5) recent passport size photograph g) NOC and leave certificate from employer (if employed)/ affidavit from the notary (if unemployed) h) Baptism Certificate /Church Membership Certificate (For Christian Candidate only) i) Aadhar Card j) Address Proof(i. e.
